Working on lengthenings
Hanna told me that he looks good and his frame is definitely showing change when I ask for lengthening or shortening. He looks much more forwards and his transitions have improved and seem lovely. He lifts in front which is good. I still need to continue to ask for head up and chin tuck, as he likes to carry his head low and poked out. I might have to ask for a rock back as this might will help his chin tuck. If he's still having troubles I can do some lateral flexions to

Vertical Flexion
We are still continuing to work with lightening the shoulders, soft response to cues and so on. But as always there is still something that needs to be added to make things even better. This week it is vertical flexion. Basically he knows how to weight shift, he just can't hold it for very long. Some of that is muscle strength over time, the other part is vertical flexion. I've been teaching him to lift his head and tuck his chin. He did the first session all sloppy but

Shoulder-in is much better!
We are still working on making sure he understands weight shifting. The most fun is the poles, though it takes the wind out of me to run over them too. (Hanna didn't tell me that *I* should be trotting over them, but I could stand to get in better shape) I set the poles up for either lifting or stretching and then ask for upward head or forward head. I even tried combining the two: I had him walk over one set in stretching and 10 ft after, the lifting set. He is getting b
